And it just simply makes them responsible to make sure that illegal drugs aren’t sold on the internet. And it seems to me that that’s just common sense.” The lawmakers are urging (Mark) Zuckerberg to support their bipartisan Cooper Davis Act- requiring social media companies to report illicit drug activities on their platforms. The Senate Judiciary Committee advanced the bill in July.
