The live radio play “Holiday Magic on Main” will be broadcast this evening at 5 p.m. on KCII. The public can also watch the show live in the Washington Public Library windows with some limited seating inside. KCII spoke with director and writer Chad Dolan about the show, “The neat thing is, people will recognize some of the places that are mentioned. They are never mentioned explicitly by name in every instance, sometimes they are, sometimes they are just kind of referred to vaguely. So I think it will be fun for people to figure out where are they talking about exactly, where is that? And I think if you pay attention you’ll pick up on some of that.” This annual free performance is one of many ways that Washington kicks off the holiday season.
