No doubt about it. The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls wrestling team made a statement Monday, sweeping all three duals in a River Valley Conference quad Monday night at Cascade. The Golden Hawks rolled, shutting out Camanche 66-0, ripping the Northeast Rebels 60-12 and crushing the home Cougars 54-30.

Seven Hawks had unbeaten nights that included a contested match. At 120lbs, Gabby Gingerich went 3-0 with two falls. Other 3-0 Hawks with a fall included Ruby Miller at 110, Ashlee Farrier at 130, Mardie Berry at 145, Cassie Trimpe at 155 and Ellie Callahan at 170. The Hawks are now 3-0 on the dual season and are at the Vinton Shellsburg Tournament this weekend.
