Funeral Mass for 89-year-old Jean Bates of Washington will be at 10:30a.m. Thursday, December 19th at St. James Catholic Church in Washington. Calling hours begin at 4p.m. Wednesday at St. James Catholic Church with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or St. James Catholic Church.
