Memorial services for 83-year-old Dorothy M. Winchip of Washington will be at 4p.m. Saturday, January 25th at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington. Calling hours begin at 3p.m. Friday, January 24th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will take place at the Union Cemetery in Maquoketa at a later date. Memorials have been established for Hospice Compassus, the United Presbyterian Home or Parkinson’s Research.
