The Washington County Communications Center reported that a subject was in the Washington County Jail lobby to turn themselves in on a Washington County warrant Monday. Authorities arrested 20-year-old Devon Knerr of Washington on violation of probation on the original charge of third degree sexual abuse, a Class C Felony, for an offense that happened in 2021. According to court documents, in January of 2021 Knerr negotiated a voluntary plea of guilty to third degree harassment. A probation revocation was filed on November 4th, 2024, and a warrant was issued for Knerr’s arrest. Knerr is being held on a $10,000 cash bond in the Washington County Jail. His revocation hearing has been set for January 24th.
