Three area fire departments responded to a reported fire in West Chester on Tuesday night. According to Washington County Communications, at 10:33 p.m. authorities received a call for a chimney fire at the house at 313 West Street in West Chester.

Wellman, Washington, and Keota Fire Departments responded to the scene and extinguished the fire. Washington EMS, Washington County Sheriff’s personnel, and Washington County Ambulance responded to the scene.

Alliant Energy was notified of the chimney fire at the residence. No injuries were reported.
