A man was arrested in Washington on felony charges after a car broke down. The Washington Police Department reported on Tuesday at around 3 p.m. that they were out with a disabled vehicle that wouldn’t start and the operator was trying to jump-start it. Upon further investigation, officers arrested 25-year-old Carlos Zamora of Washington on a Mt Pleasant Police Department warrant. The warrant was for enticing a minor under 16 years of age, a Class D felony, and for three charges of dissemination of obscene material to a minor, all aggravated misdemeanors. Zamora was taken to the Henry County Jail. Bond was set at $5000.
