The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys wrestling team traveled to their final weekend tournament of the regular season, finishing eighth at North Tama Saturday. The Hawks scored 64 points, Riceville won the meet with 167.5. At 215lbs, Tommy Miller headlined the event for the Hawks, winning the individual title. Miller pinned his way to the championship including a finals fall in just 30 seconds. Other top performers included Burke Berry runner-up at 285lbs, Brock Fisher third at 215 and Parker English at 120 and Max Kipp at 157 both fourth.

Mid-Prairie will next be in action Saturday at the River Valley Conference Championships at West Liberty.
