The Washington Chamber of Commerce has announced that nominations are now open for their Business of the Year award. The ceremony will take place at the 2025 Washington Greater Business Partnership Annual Dinner on March 10th. The Business of the Year Award recognizes a business in or around the City of Washington for noteworthy accomplishments and contributions to the community.

The recipient should display qualities of leadership, cooperation, and teamwork; be an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and supports the growth, spirit, and overall improvement of Washington; and has visibly contributed and promoted major economic growth and stability in the area within the past year. Last year’s Business of the Year recipient was Farm and Home Mutual Insurance. The public can submit nominations online by clicking the link with this news story.
