With Valentine’s day right around the corner, the City of Kalona will be ready. On Saturday, February 8th, the City will host the event, Love Kalona. Love Kalona is an event the city hosts every year. 

According to Kalona Chamber Director of Commerce Tonia Poole, you can do a variety of things. “You can never go wrong with carriage rides. It’s just the two seater to make them a little more romantic. We are adding the youth market this year. Getting chair massages. They only take 10 minutes and you feel so relaxed afterwards”.  

There will be a variety of stores with specials, and food trucks available on C Ave and 4th Street.
