The Highland Huskies boys wrestling team posted a 2-0 dual day Saturday at the Colton Allen Memorial Dual tournament at Mid-Prairie.
The Huskies handled the home Golden Hawks by a 47-27 score and took down Sigourney-Keota 47-36. Undefeated 2-0 Highland wrestlers included Landon Bell, Tyler Pierson and Gauge Richardson with a pin and a forfeit each and Rocky Hamilton with two tech falls.
Sigourney-Keota got the split on the day, beating Mid-Prairie 42-24 while falling to Highland. Undefeated 2-0 SK wrestlers on the day included Dillon Menke, Brady Clark, Ashton Schwab and Owen Menke each with a pin and forfeit.
Mid-Prairie went 0-2 on the dual side. Undefeated 2-0 Hawks on the day included Max Howe with two pins and Brock Fisher with a pin and forfeit. Quinn Callahan went 1-0 with a fall.
