The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported that they had a subject in their lobby whose probation was revoked on the original charge of third degree burglary. On Wednesday, jail staff took into custody 22-year-old Stanley Butterbaugh of Burlington after his probation was revoked on a class D felony burglary charge. According to court documents, the reasons for the violation included verbal abuse, threats, and disobeying a lawful order. All of these violations took place at the Burlington Residential Correctional Facility. Butterbaugh is currently being held in the Washington County Jail, and a revocation hearing has been scheduled for March 12th. KCII will bring you more information as it becomes official
