The Highland Huskies put together another excellent season of girls’ basketball this winter, and four of their best players come away with all-conference honors in the North division of the Southeast Iowa Super Conference.

Among that quartet is Kamryn Fink, who earns a first-team nod in her freshman year. It was a dominant debut season for Fink, averaging team highs of almost 16 points, 14-and-a-half rebounds, three steals and 1.5 blocked shots per game.

Sophomore Hailey Brun scored over 9.5 points a game for the Huskies on her way to a second-team selection, but it was her nearly five rebounds and 4.5 steals per contest that made her a well-rounded player.

Honorable mentions go to senior Katie Herrig and junior Emersyn Schultz, who helped Highland win 11 games in the Super Conference North this season and post an overall record of 17-8.
