The Keota School Board is beginning the planning process for needed renovations and upgrades in the district. This initial conversation for evaluation began at the board’s January meeting where they discussed looking into the district’s electrical system, HVAC, plumbing, brickwork, windows, fire alarms and more. Members of the board invited personnel from Encite and Denovo to the meeting to talk about an evaluation that would include putting together a five-year facility plan for needed work.
Superintendent Lisa Brenneman also told the board that the goal is to have the daycare facility on campus open for use August 1st.
