Two Washington High School students have been selected for the Iowa High School Speech Association’s Individual All State Festival. The two Demons who will be performing are Adamaria Mendoza and Luna Morris in improvisational acting. The Individual All State Festival will be held in Cedar Falls at the University of Northern Iowa on March 31st. 

Recently the Washington speech team took part in the state individual competition and every entry received a division 1 rating. Those events included storytelling, musical theater, acting, poetry, prose, improvisation, and radio news broadcasting.
