A Celebration of Life service for Paul Douglas “Doug” Powell will be Thursday, March 27th at 10:30a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be at the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 26th from 4-7p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.
