A pair of Sigourney-Keota bowlers rolled to big seasons and were recognized by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association and Iowa High School Bowling Coaches Association with All-District selections.
SK senior Jayden Montgomery was named First-team All-Central District in Class 1A. She finished second in Class 1A with 4123 total pins. Montgomery was a state qualifier and finished prelims with a 600 series in seventh place to qualify for the championship bracket. She went 1-2 in head-to-head play to finish sixth in 1A.
SK’s Kaylie Montgomery earned a second-team All-Central District spot. The freshman burst on the scene with a 12th best in 1A 3691 total pins.
