The community of Lone Tree is receiving a 2025 Community Branding Grant from Greater Iowa City Inc. The grant provides Lone Tree up to $5,000 to develop and establish a new brand, including $1,500 to work with a professional designer, and up to $3,500 in matching funds for marketing materials. The goal of the program is to enhance the community’s appeal to new residents, increase tourism, and unify initiatives in the town.

The Lone Tree Economic Development Committee applied for the grant and they will be working on these efforts.
