Two new members have joined the Washington Chamber of Commerce. The two entities are Washington Area Soccer Program and Libations on Iowa. 

Libations on Iowa began as the Tipsy Travelers. The business will be opening after renovating a building on the square in Washington and offering drinks and snacks. In a recent social media post, they stated they anticipate opening in July. 

Washington Area Soccer Program, or WASP, is a nonprofit that aims to provide soccer to youth in the area with a focus on developing sportsmanship, teamwork, and soccer skills for students in preschool through seniors in high school. It began in 2016 with volunteer organizers and coaches. They play two seasons each year, in the spring and fall. This spring they have 126 students enrolled in the program.
