A storm system is expected to impact southeast Iowa much of the day Wednesday. According to the National Weather Service office in the Quad Cities, severe weather is possible Wednesday morning through the afternoon with the entire KCII listening area in a two out of five, or slight risk for severe weather. The main threats are large hail, damaging winds and tornadoes. The KCII Severe Weather Action Team is monitoring the current forecast models. The one to count on for up-to-the-minute severe weather coverage is KCII.
