Celebration of Life Service for 85-year-old Larry Allen “Pete” Palmer will be at 11a.m. Monday, April 7th at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Visitation will be Monday from 10a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Keota Cemetery with military rites. A memorial fund has been established for the Home Health and Hospice House in West Burlington.
