The Hillcrest Academy Ravens clashed with the Columbus Wildcats Thursday at the Kalona Golf Course, with each team scoring a Southeast Iowa Superconference dual win. The Raven boys got by the Wildcats 172-226. Hillcrest swept the hardware in the win, with Rowan Miller as medalist with a one-over-par 37 and Liam Schrock medalist runner-up at 41. Other Raven scores included Ethan Yoder 46, Lawson Schrock 48, Matthew Chalupa 49, and Rylan Good 52. Ryan Coil paced the Wildcats with a team best 48 day. Other Columbus cards included Kason Dopler 54, Mason Heck and Mason Hardy 62 each, Kai Allec 71 and Payton White 79.

The girls meet went the Wildcats way 223-268. The ‘Cats collected the individual medals, led by Kinlee Brown’s round of 53 and Lily Coil’s 54. Other Columbus scores included Hailey Wellington 56, Aracely Garza 60, Madelyn Payne 68 and Madeline Howell 73. Top Raven was Ava Miller at 60, followed by Brynna O’Rourke 66, with Izzy Frederick and Claire Withrow at 71 apiece. The Ravens are at Wapello Monday while Columbus hosts Lone Tree Tuesday.
