Sigourney-Keota soccer suffered a 3-1 defeat Tuesday at the hands of Prairie City-Monroe. Wells Clark got SK on the board in the first half to take the match to halftime tied, but there was no answer to the two goals PCM scored in the last 40 minutes.
Clark also made eight saves in goal, while fellow junior Ty Goldman stopped five shots as Sigourney-Keota now sits at 0-2. SK will look to start a new week on the right foot when they visit Highland Tuesday.
