A 76-year-old man from Victor was killed on Interstate 80 near Williamsburg on Thursday in Iowa County. According to the Iowa State Patrol, 76-year-old Roger Allen Evans was trying to retrieve items that had blown out of his car when he was hit by a Buick LaCrosse in the westbound lanes. The incident remains under investigation.
