Thousands of diapers have been donated in Washington For Justice’s inaugural diaper drive. Dan Henderson with Washington For Justice shares that the organization has received just north of 3,000 diapers. All of the donations will be given to HACAP to distribute them to families in the area who are in need. The drive wraps up this week. Collection boxes were set up at the Washington Methodist Church, the Washington Mennonite Church, the United Presbyterian Church, Dodici Shop, Hy-Vee, Northside Diner, or the Washington Public Library. Monetary donations were also welcomed for the effort.
