
Three KCII area schools got together at Blue Top Ridge at Riverside Casino and Golf Resort this week for a Southeast Iowa Superconference golf triangulars.
On the boys side of the event, it was Hillcrest Academy outshooting the Highland Huskies and Lone Tree Lions with their 163 team score. Liam Schrock was meet medalist with a 36. He was followed by a 37 from Rowan Miller, 44 Ethan Yoder, 46 Lawson Schrock, 47 Rylan Good and 48 for Matthew Chalupa.
Lone Tree was second with a 202. Lion leaders were Jack Patterson and Lukas Fuhrmeister at 48 each, followed by Will Schweitzer 51, Owen Eden 55, Easton Ronan 58, Carter Schott 66 and Cole Walmsley 69.
Highland’s score was 246. The Huskies were led by Landon Roling’s 59, followed by Presten Smith and Ryker Miller at 62 and Tyson Grout 63.
The Huskies were the girls event winners with their team score of 205. Adisyn Prottsman was meet medalist with a 44. Other Highland scores included Emersyn Schultz 47, Adeline Krotz 52, Joslyn Prottsman 62, Cassidy Duster 64 and Autumn Guseman 65.
Hillcrest Academy was second with a team score 280. Best round for the Ravens came from Ava Miller at 67, followed by Brynna O’Rourke 68, Claire Withrow 72, Izzy Frederick 73 and Natalie Meganathan 79.
Lone Tree had Rylie Viers in action who shot a 77.
