Water and sewer rates in Kalona may be increasing soon. At tonight’s meeting, the City Council will consider raising those fees. Approval of their Washington County Law Enforcement contract for the next fiscal year is also on the agenda. This year the cost is around $75,000. The meeting begins at 7 tonight at the Community Center.
