The second reading of the proposed ATV ordinance will be held Tuesday at the Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting. The ordinance would allow licensed drivers to operate four-wheelers on B level county roads. At last week’s Washington County Supervisors meeting the board approved the first reading with a 5 to 1 vote. Supervisor Bob Yoder suggested allowing side-by-sides, which have roll cages and seatbelts, for a year to see how it goes before allowing all ATVs. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
