Washington City Councilors continue to hash out next fiscal year’s budget this week. City Administrator Dave Plyman says one major upcoming expense is a new wastewater treatment plant, though he says that really won’t be a factor during budget talks, because the plant won’t come online until 2012. The city council has a special meeting scheduled this Wednesday night at 6:00 at the former public library building.
