It’s been a week since the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks boys’ soccer team (1-3) played in a game and they’re looking to get their second win of the year as they head to Columbus (2-3) tonight to take on the Wildcats.
These two programs were ranked to start the season, but have since fallen out of the rankings.
The Golden Hawks achieved their first victory of the season last Friday, beating Cedar Valley Christian 3-1. In that game, senior Jordan Ulin kicked in two goals. He has three goals so far this season.
The Wildcats started the year winning two of their first three games and have since lost their last two games, giving up eight total goals in that span.
The game will take place at 7 p.m tonight at Columbus Junction.
