Staff at the Washington Public Library are already preparing for summer reading programs. Director of the library Debbie Stanton shares this summer’s theme is “Get Ready, Set, Read” a fitness theme. Stanton adds it’s perfect timing with RAGBRAI coming through Washington this summer. There will be a bicycle for a prize. She adds registration will be in early May and it can be done at the library for children of all ages.

RAGBRAI will be in Washington Friday, July 29th.
