Before the teams take the field on Friday for Mid-Prairie’s homecoming game, the king and queen must be crowned. The coronation will take place tonight after the annual tailgater, at approximately 8 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. The candidates for queen are Ally Bontrager, Rebecca Frantz, Bailey Hershberger, and Lily Schlabaugh. The candidates for king are Levi Duwa, Duncan McCain, Jared Miller, and Daniel Riggan. KCII will be broadcasting the coronation live from Mid-Prairie High School tonight, which will include an interview with the newly crowned king and queen.
