Nearly 750 firefighters at 94 fire departments in Iowa have to take tests again after it was found there were improperly scored tests. The Iowa Department of Public Safety, as part of the ongoing review of testing procedures at the Fire Service Training Bureau, obtained information of the improperly scored tests. Washington Fire Chief Tom Wide tells KCII News that none of the Washington firefighters will have to re-test. For those across the state who do have to take the test again, they can do so at no cost.
