The Highland dance team was recently represented at the Iowa State Team Dance Championships at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

The Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association put on the event with 16 different competitions broke down into different classes. The Huskies competed in the class V pom. They placed 10th out of 10 teams with a score of 239 points.

The Huskies received a division II rating that marks the second highest rating possible.
