The City of Wellman is beginning to make plans for RAGBRAI’s stop through town July 27.

A special meeting was held Monday to update the city council on information received at a statewide meeting held April 7 for route towns. No official arrangements have been made by the city, but Wellman will be hosting a meeting for all vendors who are interested in taking part in RAGBRAI. The meeting will be at 6 p.m. April 19th at city hall.
