The Highland boys and girls golf teams were at Blue Top Ridge in Riverside Tuesday for a pair of Southeast Iowa Superconference triangular meets against Danville and New London.

In boys action New London won the team race with a 174, Danville was second at 187 and Highland third at 227. Clayton Phillips of New London took medalist honors with a 41. Top score for the Huskies was Richard Dunbar with a 54. Other scores for Highland included Grady Yeggy with a 56, Jack Baker with a 58, Colton Mellinger and Zane Eagle with 59s.

On the girls side of the meet, New London took the title with a 180 team score. Danville was second with a 228 and Highland third at 261. Medalist honors went to Casey Noble of New London with a 38. Top score for the Huskies was Emily Streb with a 59. Other scores for Highland included Kayla Cerny at 63, Charlie Aichers and Shantall Avendano at 74.
