The Washington boys’ basketball team will start up postseason play tonight, traveling to Oskaloosa to take on Fort Madison in a high-stakes Southeast Conference match-up on neutral ground.
The Demons come into tonight with an overall record of 8-9. They have seen the Bloodhounds twice before this season, beating them both times. It was a 13-point game in Fort Madison at the end of December, which saw Treshaun Willis go off for a career-high 22 points. The game in Washington was a little tighter, ending in a nine-point game in the Demons’ favor behind four double-digit point performances.
Tonight’s action will be broadcast live on FM 106.1 starting with the Washington HyVee Pregame Show at 6:00 and a 6:30 tip.
