The Washington boys’ basketball team put on a great performance against Fort Madison on Monday night to advance them to the substate semifinals.  They head there tonight, facing off against a familiar opponent in the fifth-ranked Indians of Oskaloosa.

The Demons have seen Osky once before this season, losing by a 26-point margin, 74-48 in Washington.  Treshaun Willis put on a great performance, dropping a then-career-high 16 points against the then-top-ranked team in the state.  The Indians have fallen off of their pedestal since, however, and only just climbed back up into the top ten in the most recent rankings from the Associated Press.

Tonight’s action in Osky will be braodcast live on FM 106.1 and KCIIradio.com.  The Washington HyVee Pregame Show will kick off coverage at 6:30, and action is set to start at 7.
