A man incarcerated had a warrant served for thefts in Washington County. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 2:15 p.m. Monday, a warrant was served on 38-year-old Brett Allen Wulf of Washington for theft in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, and operating a vehicle without owner’s consent. Theft in the second degree is a class D felony and burglary in the third degree is an aggravated misdemeanor. Bond was set at $12,000 cash only. This is linked to a theft that was reported on February 17th where a plasma cutter was stolen from a business in Washington, and a snowplow truck had been moved outside with the keys in it. Wulf remains in the Washington County Jail.
