Highland High School will be represented at the Individual Event Speech All-State Festival. The Huskies traveled to North Scott High School earlier this month to compete in the Individual Event State Speech Contest. Sam Davis will be moving on to the All-State Festival after his Division I rating for improvisation. Davis will be performing during the festival March 25th at the University of Northern Iowa.
