Memorial services for 99-year-old Retha M. Hough of West Chester will be at 2p.m. Friday, March 29th at the Timmins Room at Halcyon House. 

Calling hours will begin at noon Thursday at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 5-7p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11a.m. Friday at the West Chester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County.
