The No. 5 Iowa Mennonite School boys soccer team stayed undefeated on the young season with a 9-1 win over Highland in Kalona Thursday.
IMS got the scoring started in the first five minutes when Toby Chen connected with Jacob Boller to make the score 1-0. Louis Etienne found the back of the net twice in the first half, and Chen scored two of his own making the score 5-0 at the break. In the second half Iowa Mennonite got goals from Boller, Brian Maren, Blake Bontrager and Etienne who finished off his second hat trick in as many matches. With the win, IMS is now 2-0 on the year, Highland falls to 1-3.
