The Washington Demon boys golf team was beaten by Mount Pleasant.

The Demons were second of three teams in a triangular. The Panthers got the win on their home course with a team score of 156, led by Trace White and Brevin Wilson with matching 38s to earn medalist honors. The Demons were second with a team score of 180. The Demons were led by Brock Sobaski with a 38, Brady Knutson at 40, Caleb Tanner with a 43, John Prohaska at 59 and Grant Sobaski 64. Keokuk was third at 225.

The Washington boys and girls golf teams will be back on the course Tuesday in a triangular against Mid-Prairie and Columbus in Kalona.
