Outdoor Cooking with the Henry County Conservation Department will be held May 16th at 6:00 p.m. at the Oakland Mills Nature Center. Participants will try their hand at dutch oven cooking recipes. The cost is $12 per person and includes sampling of all dishes prepared- including a fish fry! Fees and preregistration are required via mycountyparks on or before May 10th to allow shopping time for recipe items.
