The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk boys soccer team got back on track Friday night, with a rout of visiting Cedar Valley Christian at Dwight G. Sattler Field in Wellman.

The Golden Hawks split their scoring up evenly, posting a pair of goals in the first half and two more insurance tallies in the second. Aaron Slabaugh knocked in all four Mid-Prairie goals. Assists came from Camden Marner, Cade Groenewold, Nathan Quinby and Byron Yoder. The Mid-Prairie defense kept CVC on lockdown, not allowing a shot on goal in the match. The Golden Hawks are now 6-3 on the year as they travel to Wapello Monday.
