After officials had to move a boat out of the street in Washington, the driver of an ATV was arrested. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 1:55 a.m. Sunday dispatch was notified that a side by side had moved a boat out of a parking lot and into a street in the 300 block of North 4th Avenue. The side by side was last seen in the parking lot of a bar. Washington Police moved the boat and trailer off the road and into a parking lot. The owner was notified.

Washington County Sheriff’s units located the side by side and driver at a residence on 200th Street. At 3:25 am. authorities arrested 23-year-old Tanner Cole Knupp of Washington for operating while intoxicated first offense, interference with official acts, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and having an ATV on a highway. Knupp was taken to the Washington County Jail.
