A Washington woman is being held on $100,000 cash only bond for drug related charges. According to the Washington County Communications Office, 31-year-old Chelsea Lynn Stottler was arrested Saturday at 5:48 p.m. after a vehicle stop at the intersection of East Main Street and South 15th Avenue. Stottler had Washington County warrants for three counts of controlled substance violation and two counts of failure to affix a drug stamp. The warrants are related to a search warrant conducted in the 400 block of East Monroe Street in Washington in February, the same search warrant related to the arrest of Timothy Allen Rudolph. Additional charges are pending per DCI lab results. She was taken to the Washington County Jail.
