The Washington Summer Classic is 4 Fun-filled days celebrating Washington and is a great way to get out and kick off Summer! This year the events start on Thursday, May, 30th and run through Sunday, June 2nd! With a so much going on, there’s sure to be several things to bring a smile to each family member’s face from the young ones all the way up to Grandma and Grandpa! So get the family together and make some memories!
Here’s a list of the day’s events:
Ag Day: May 30th
9 am: Modern Ag Display in the Downtown
3-4 pm: Staging Antique Tractors at the fairgrounds
4 pm: Kiddie Tractor Pull in the Downtown
4 pm: Sinclair Tractor Ride and Drive featuring lawn mowers, utility tractors, and construction equipment
4-6 pm: Antique Tractor Parade will start at the Fairgrounds and go past retirement homes and end in the Downtown approx 6 pm CLICK HERE for the route
5 pm: Commodity Food Groups serving in the Downtown
5 pm: Tree Committee with giveaway 100 free tree saplings in Central Park
5-7 pm: Little Hands on the Farm
5-7 pm: Seed Swap and Farmers Market in Central Park
5:15 pm-7: 30 pm: Mike Whittaker featuring singer/songwriters Bree Nettie & Katie Schneider
8 pm: Washington Municipal Band performs on the Bandstand Downtown
