The 2019 class 1A state girls golf tournament has come to a close and Columbus Community’s Aubrey Duncan finished 21st in Marshalltown.
The senior finished the 36-hole tournament 45 strokes above par with 185. Duncan closed out her first 18-holes yesterday with 94 and improved to 91 strokes in the final round. Annika Patton of Alta-Aurelia won the individual title with 148.
Duncan is the lone Wildcat lost to graduation.
